Batch System Box Ovens.
Built for smaller turnover of wheels, our bespoke built ovens offer great curing results and can be made to suit your needs.
On Line Curing Systems.
Our online systems allow for maximum turnover of wheels, maintaining minimal handling whilst gaining great results by spraying the wheel horizontally. Our plants are built bespoke to customers requirements.
Waterwash Booths.
Pump and nozzle water wash booths are manufactured to extracting standards, built with a water scrubbing and eliminator system ensuring no particles are extracted to the atmosphere. Available in various sizes with either galvanised or stainless water curtain.
Cartridge Booths.
Open face designed cartridge booths can be used for single colour applications at any one time. The powder can be recovered for future use or just spray to waste. Our booths are fitted with cartridge modules which are easy to change and a self pulsing system keeps the cartridges clean for longer life. Available in various sizes.
Clean Rooms.
To allow for a clean working environment we recommend clean room assemblies to allow connection between the oven and the booth, These are built to allow filtered air to return and also come with concentrated lighting within a controlled area minimising inclusions on final work.
Stripping Plants.
BKR also offer hot and cold wheel stripping equipment. Our hot strip system can be used with benzyl alcohol and other chemicals, and typically are made in either a 15 wheel or 30 wheel system.
We also manufacture cold strip systems which are normally associated with smaller demand, these are available in either, 4,8 or 12 wheel tanks, and made with either stainless steel or PVC.
